SALIENT POINTS FROM THE MEETINGS HELD ON 19^TH AND 21^ST DECEMBER ‘09

1. A large majority in all 5 meetings affirmed their faith in the school management and the decisions taken by the Management.

2. The majority appreciated the work done by CPAC but said that they would like direct communication from school on all matters and the school should send them tear off slips for consent on major matters.

3. The majority decided that it did not recognize CSPA.

4. The majority supported the school challenging the GO MS 91 and said that it would not like CHIREC quality culture to be diluted in any manner.

5. The majority offered to pay the amount required for settling the Religious building issue.

6. The majority also decided that it would not want RTE to be implemented in school.

7. Major decisions regarding the end of this academic session and the beginning of the next academic session for all classes were taken and the following dates have been worked out :

· Third Term End Evaluation for Classes VI to IX and XI - 12^th to 19^th March 2010

· Short vacation for all students (PPI to Class XI) - 20^th to 26^th March 2010

· Parent Teacher Conference for Nursery, PPI & PPII (KP) - 26^th / 27^th March 2010.

· Parent Teacher Conference for Nursery, PPI, & PPII (JH) - 26^th / 27^th March 2010.

· Parent Teacher Conference for Classes I to V - 26^th / 27^th March 2010.

· PTC for Classes VI to IX and XI - 27^th March 2010.

· School reopens for the session of 2010 -11 - 29^th March 2010.

· Summer vacations for Classes PP I to V - 10^th April 2010 - 13^th June 2010.

· Last working day for Classes PP I to V - 9^th April 2010.

· Last working day for Classes VI to XII - 24^th April 2010.

· Summer vacation for Classes VI to XII - 25^th April to 13^th June 2010.

· School Reopens on - 14^th June 2010.
