CHIREC has well-qualified and experienced teaching staff as well as activity coaches. They have the necessary expertise in implementing the curriculum.

Teachers are selected through a procedure of written examination, personal interview and classroom demonstration. The selected teachers undergo a programme of induction to familiarize themselves with the philosophy, teaching methodology and the norms of discipline adopted at CHIREC. The commitment and dedication expected of a CHIREC teacher is instilled in them during the orientation.

The Pre-Primary teachers have specialized in early childhood education and are well versed with the latest teaching methods.
